Return & Refund Policy

We process every order carefully and prepare items specifically per customer request. To keep our ordering process clear and fair, please review the policies below.

Custom & Prebuilt Systems

Custom-built PCs and prebuilt systems are final sale once components have been allocated or the build has begun.

These systems are built to order and cannot be returned due to preference changes.

If any system arrives damaged or not functioning, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost.

Parts, Accessories & Laptops

Parts, accessories, and laptops may be refunded only if the order has not yet been processed.

If the part has already been ordered or allocated for your order, a 15% restocking and handling fee applies to cancellations.

Once a part has been opened, installed, or delivered, it is no longer eligible for return unless defective.

If an item is defective on arrival, we will assist with a manufacturer warranty replacement at no cost.

50/50 Payment Option

The 50% upfront payment reserves the components for your order and schedules the build.

The remaining 50% is paid once the order arrives in Belize and has been inspected.

If an order is cancelled after components have been allocated but before assembly begins, a 15% restocking and handling fee applies.

Once assembly has begun, the order becomes final sale.

Full Card Payments

Once your order is processed and parts are allocated, the sale becomes final under the same terms.
