Warranty Policy.
We stand by the quality of every system and product we sell. All items are inspected and tested before leaving our U.S. workshop and again upon arrival in Belize.
Coverage
• All systems and parts include a 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty covering defects or hardware failure under normal use.
• If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the faulty component at no cost within the 90-day period.
What’s Not Covered
• Damage caused by drops, accidents, spills, improper power, overheating, or physical modification.
• Issues caused by software, viruses, unstable overclocks, or third-party repairs.
• Normal wear-and-tear or cosmetic scratches that do not affect performance.
How to Claim
• Contact our Support Team with your order number and a video or description of the issue.
• Our team will evaluate and provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or assistance with a manufacturer claim.
• Typical review time is 3–5 business days.
Manufacturer Warranty
• Most components (GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, etc.) include 1–3 year manufacturer warranties.
• After the 90-day period, these warranties remain in effect — and we will assist you with processing claims if needed.
